I am just a lil old lady trying to decipher and make some sense of a massive amount of legal documents of court cases spanning 5+ years, turning two provincial judicial systems upside down, adversely affecting thousands of Canadian households to the tune of 10s of millions of dollars who were represented by numerous lawyers/law firms hired by Michael Geldert of Geldert Law.
These cases involved a timeshare dispute located in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC formerly known as Fairmont Resort Properties, now known as Sunchaser Vacation Villas owned, managed and operated by Northmont Resort Properties, through their subsidiary Resort Villa Management. At one time owned by the Unitholders of Northwynd Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (Northwynd REIT).
